MOULDINGS NOW ADDED!
At long last, my lovely wife has added the images of the mouldings we can supply. We can now show you on the website which ones we have samples of too - this is denoted by an (S) after the part number. For deletions, a (D) can be found after the part number.

WE HAVE MOVED!
At long last we have moved to bigger premises! We now have a functional small workshop in Aldershot. Therefore we will be able to make bigger and better work (without annoying and getting in the way of my wife)! But please, if you are a regular customer from the Fleet area, please do not forget us! We are prepared to travel!

CAFE BATAVIA
The inspiration for the "Café Batavia" artwork came from visiting the said place on a trip to Jakarta, Indonesia in December 2002. The reason for my visit is that my sister, husband and family work out there for BP and one of the day trips was a trip to Café Batavia for lunch. It's a delightful 1930's style Café over two levels with a huge number of artworks in it, mostly of famous bygone movie stars - they even present the menu to you in a picture frame! The Café hosts a number of fine snacks and meals, along with a huge cocktail list. Back to the artwork - it was always my plan to create an artwork which featured their drinks list, a business card, a flyer and an old matchbox at an odd angle, rather than your standard mountboard layout. Added to this, the desire for an frame in a 1930's style hence choosing "WF037" and lastly, a bygone type mountboard to set it all off thus arriving at the burgundy one you see.

Should you want a version of your own, you'll have to pay for me to go and get the artworks ;-) as the family have now left Jakarta as their BP contract has come to an end (Cairo as of September 2006). This style of layout isn't limited to Café Batavia of course, the same principles can be adopted to suit any business.

LO TENGO
"Lo Tengo" means "To Tango" in Spanish. Being wine connoisseurs, we happened to spot both the white and red bottles of Lo Tengo in our local Morrisons. The labels have a holographic appearance to them and I thought it was a great idea to mount the labels side by side in a black mount with a black core, thus creating the dingy effect of a Jazz Bar or Fado Bar. We're particularly keen to produce this artwork for you, as part of the order means that we have to source the wine...!
